Task Description: Today we had to read a story about some kids runing out of food well inside a bunker they don't know if they should go outside because the air might be poisonous.

Task Description: We had to read a book called eleven it was about a girl having a misabril and emmbarrsing birthday and because of this she wished she was 102 so she could forget this moment its also about how even though we grow older there are still parts of us that are five six or four no matter what age we are.

Theseus and the Minotaur - Maths

Task Descripton: in maths we learnt about some famous mazes and we also learnt about roman numerals. we also had to answer some maths questions with roman numerals.

Tuavaluan Dance

Today Friday the 18th of September
room's 1 4 & 5 learnt a Tuvaluan dance. not only that but we also learnt a lot about its culture and tradtions in Tuvalu. we also got to know what the Tuvalu people used to wear. Here are some fun facts about Tavalu. Tavlu is the 4th smallest country in the world it is also located in the south pacific with the population of the country at 11'000. Its made up of 9 islands and the highest point in Tuavalu is only 4.5 meters above sea level. here are some photos from this event.

The Quest

Task Description. Today we had to read a book called The Quest and we ahd to see how well we understood the story find out how could understand it more we also had to find independent and dependent clauses.

What we did on Friday

On friday the 11th of September we did our annual cross country but because of how things are right now we did it differently.  Everything was sort of split up so the fit people were the elite runners and the rest were just the normal runners. The elite runners would run 2 laps well the normal runners would only run 1 lap. It was a hard race. I was in the lead for a while but I ended up coming 4th place which I am alright with. But today we not only did our cross country but in class we played a role playing game in. the characters were Dave, Tee, Brian,

Rebecca, Jack, Maraea, the story of the game was that Tee wasn’t happy with how his family.his dad Dave would prefer to spend more time on his game then his family and because of that he didn’t have a job so they were suffering some financial issues and wouldn’t really do anything this annoyed Maraea. This upset Tee and Tee would often leave the house   to hangout with Jack (his best friend) without telling his parents where he was. And that's pretty much what we did on Friday. It was really fun.
